Frequently Asked Questions
Which notes should I upload?

Your notes should present and explain the subject matter covered in a course or scholastic subject, pulling from various sources in your own format and organization. Why is there a fixed initial price?
We want to start each document at the same place and let the purchasers decide the appropriate value.

Why is there a capped price for each document?
We never want a user to second guess their purchase based on price and keep the documents from becoming too expensive. We also want to drive up sales for the authors by keeping prices low.

Why does the price go up?
Price goes up by a small increment each time a sale is made to reward the author of a superior study material. It also aids the purchaser when trying to decide the relative quality of documents as determined by the decisions of other purchasers.

How does the bulk purchase work?
Many of the best documents are more expensive because they are in high demand. If you commit to buying any 5 documents we will fix the price of each at $9.99 even if the actual price of each document is higher. If you choose 5 documents that are below an average price of $9.99 each you will receive that lower price.

Why can’t I print or download a study material once I subscribe to it?
We have provided ample opportunity to view your purchase when logged on to the website. Most students study with their computer turned on. We want to do what we can to protect the author’s material from being distributed to others who have not paid to view the document.

When I subscribe to view a study material, why am I limited to the number of “views” for that document?
The prices are low and the number of document “views” are high. This ensures that each buyer will have ample opportunity to review the documents they subscribe to while studying for a particular course or exam while not sharing their login information with another.
